STAFF MEETING 02/13/10
Diers, hannan- officially stated into there jobs
Next Wednesday- signoff sheets, signing problems, Brady- admin?
Marcels- spring break, later end of month (March)… rain and cold… are we ready for it?
Complains about the trip… staying in barracks
Color guard – Tuesday, non wheeling cadets doing color guards
March– 3rd we don’t have field house, personal pictures, act stuff ns 3 2, seniors play games w/ freshman. Team building games… 10th range for ns 1 and 4, act for ns3 and 2.
17th more act for ns 2 and 3s Corpsman night.
Ns 2 and 3 room- seating arrangements
Weekly emails- helping? Yes
Monster jam in March? Maybe
Ship in a bottle… Friday night instead of a Wednesday

STAFF MEETING MINUTES FOR 10-10-09
MPO's should fall-in their platoons at the end of the platoon, *Platoon Commanders make them the last cadets in your platoon*. MPO’s are also not allowed to leave the platoon unless authorized; they will have to ask The Platoon Commander for permission. Also they will be able to take tests, but they will only have a maximum of 15 minutes. If they need more time they can come in on Saturday.
Supply: At this moment for all platoons to request any uniform necessities for their cadets, all MPO's will take a tally of items needed while attendance is being called in the beginning of muster in the field house. Once muster is complete MPO's will run down to the supply room and drop off lists and return back to platoons. Then a Supply Assistant will put together all items and bring them back to the platoons.
Training: If training runs out of tests on Wed. Night those cadets may take the required test orally. Cadets should only be gone from their platoons for approximately 20 minutes. The designated time for testing is 1930-2000 unless the Plan of the Day doesn't allow. If a cadet was not able to take a test that night due to running out of time or other reasons cadets may notify Training Officer and request to come in on a Saturday.
Proper etiquette: Cadets should only address Officers after saluting and to only call them by their last names. Also if you have any questions on the drill deck you should go up to the Officer instead of yelling your request across the deck. To back talk to the higher ranks will not be tolerated and immediate legal action will be taken. All cadets must act appropriate to all other cadets whether they may be a higher or lower rank.
AMI: Officers should be at WHS on the 21 Oct. before 1400. At 1400 Commander Clifford will be here to talk about the unit and the division heads. Commander Clifford will ask Department Heads about College Aspirations. All Department Heads must have a written slide of their College and Future Aspirations by Wed. Oct. 14th.
Cadet of the Month will receive a rank promotion, unless higher than a P02. Considering having a medal as well.
Alpha 2 will be performing the drill sequence for AMI
On Oct. 14th all cadets will be practicing AMI, as well as, it is a parents night.
