WATCH BILL: Those on watch must perform their duties in a military manner and in accordance with the General Orders to the Sentry. They must be in complete uniform. If a cadet cannot stand watch, they must communicate that to the Battalion XO and Master-at-Arms as soon as possible.

Uniform modifications: All black knit watchcap, all black gloves, and the all black 'military-style' ear muffs are authorized with the winter blue uniforms. We will also allow the new 'NJROTC' black watchcap available for purchase ($8.00). For a lilmited time only, we will also allow the NJROTC watchcap to be worn with the service dress blue (when going to and from school). Also available is the D214 NJROTC baseball cap. This may be worn when the 'regular' NJROTC ballcap is authorized. Both the NJROTC watchcap and the D214 ballcap may be worn with civilian clothing.
