CADET REPRESENTATIVES:  Make sure you show/explain how to wear the Summer Blue uniform. dress white, round-neck  T-shirt that fits (sleeves don't stick out) and rank insignia at an angle. Make sure the unit knows if you need swords or flags for graduation/prom ceremonies.  It also the Cadet Representatives responsibility to keep the NSI's informed on up coming events at their school , as well as, taking proper muster and setting an example.
